Adjust Line-In settings
This article provides information about Line-In settings and how to change them in the Sonos app. See our article on using Line-In for more information on how to set it up on your Sonos system.
Follow these steps to change the Line-In settings on your Sonos system:
- Open the Sonos app for iOS or Android.
- From the Settings tab, tap System.
- Choose the product you have a Line-In device connected to.
You can adjust the following settings under the Line-In section of your product’s settings:
| Setting | Description |

| Source Name | Choose a name for the Line-In device you connected to Sonos. |
| Source Level | Adjust the Line-In source level if you find the default Line-In volume setting is too quiet or distorted. |
| Audio Delay | Introduces a delay between your line-in source and Sonos. This reduces the chance of audio issues occurring when your Sonos products are playing line-in audio in a group. |
| Autoplay | Choose an Autoplay Room to automatically play Line-In audio when Sonos detects a signal is being sent to the Line-In port. Here you can choose to Include Grouped Rooms and set an autoplay volume level. Autoplay is disabled by default. |
